Hi pretty! I’m so glad to be one of Althea's Angels for attending an exclusive pop-up launch of the Althea A'Bloom collection, which will be exclusively available on Althea Korea!

During the event, we were given a brief on what's the Althea A'bloom collection about.

This collection has 3 products which are Meringue Puffs, Juicy Fruity Sheet Mask, and as well as the BHA Blackhead Blaster! You might curious how are they going to do on your face right? No worries, I'll be explaining it to you later so please continue reading. Before that, let me share what I have done during the event!

Alright back to the topic! Let me introduce each of the product one by one with mini reviews okay?

Here comes the first product, A'bloom Meringue Puff!

This Meringue Puff is available in giant and baby size that can be used both dry and wet for different looks. If you want a glossier look, all you need to do is just dip it in the water and the meringue puff will expand to 1.5x in size which makes coverage on your face, or you can choose to use in dry if you prefer a matte finish.

I actually find the Meringue Puff’s shape is slightly inconvenient to use especially the nose area. Maybe I wasn't used to this kind of makeup puff. Overall, I think that it is worth for the price as it is only RM8 for Giant Meringue Puff and RM11 for Baby Size Meringue Puffs. It's affordable and cute at the same time!

The next product that I will be going to talk about is A'Bloom Mask, which is one of my favourite product in this A'Bloom collection!

A'Bloom mask comes with four different types of sheet masks for different purpose. Guess what? It is only cost RM2 each and RM15 for 10 sheets! It is cheaper than most of the masks in the market.

Anyway, let's check out the A'Bloom Mask!

The mask sheet that are available for this collection are Anti Blemish Peach Mask , Brightening Lemon Lime Mask, Moisturizing Watermelon Mask and Nourishing Avocado Mask.
It is also easy to know the features for each mask sheet as it is already stated on the packaging. Do you know the mask sheet packaging font is written by Mamasan Tammy?❤️

I was surprised that the mask sheet actually fits my skin perfectly. I also like how thin and breathable the mask sheet is.

My favorite sheet mask would be the Nourishing Avocado mask! The mask essence is thick enough to provide full hydration for my skin. By paying RM2 with getting a good quality mask sheet, why not?

Last but not least, the product from the A'bloom line that I managed to get my hands on during the launch was the BHA Blackhead Blaster.

It's a natural BHA stick with a gentle and effective formula such as charcoal, tea tree oil, apricot seed, and natural BHA that helps to clear the blackheads by just rubbing all over your nose area and wash it off! It's simplest and easy way to remove blackheads without squeezing your nose.

As follow the instruction, you just need to massage it in and rinse it off with lukewarm water. I usually like to get my extractions done by myself as I don't have time to visit beauty salon, but now with BHA Blackhead Blaster, I can just say goodbye to my blackhead without the pain. I would want to try for longer time and see whether it's work. The price is also only RM16, which is really affordable to get one to try!

For my first 2019 post it's going to talk about the new body care product from Althea Korea! As you guys know that recently Althea Korea has launched a body fragrance, which is Stay Fresh Body Sparkling Mist!

Althea Stay Fresh Body Sparkling Mist is the collaboration body mist between Althea & Titi Kamal, a popular movie star and singer from Jakarta, Indonesia. It's the first time that Althea Korea work with a celebrity! As an Althea Angels, I can't wait to try out the body mist.

Althea Stay Fresh Body Sparkling Mist has contains Titi Kamal's favourite fruity and floral notes: orange, peach and rose. The key ingredients Damask rose water helps to keep skin hydration and provide gentle fragrance, Orange Flower extract to refresh the senses and as well as Elder flower extract which is to gently calm the skin.

First impression
For the bottle design, I was expecting a more modern and aesthetic style packaging. When I received the mist, it actually reminds me the local body mist brand like Enchanteur Paris. It was not too bad but slightly ordinary compared with the other Althea collection. As it was the first collaboration product with famous star, I'm looking forward to see the upcoming products' packaging can be more creative and chic.

The spray nozzle is quite easy to spritz out the mist. It is initially liquid on the skin, but vaporizes almost instantly leaving behind the fragrance. The smell was quite mature and feminine. I also love the fact that the fragrance is suitable for all kinds of people. If you are not a fan of perfume, I would recommend this body mist. You can even spray this on your clothes as it does not leave any stains.

I tried the mist by spraying all over my body and went outside to see how long lasting was the scent. The scent is not really long lasting (like maybe around 2-3 hours), so you might need to spray again in every two to three hours.

If you tried to ask whether will I repurchase again, well I think I will not. It doesn't mean that I don't like this product just that I rarely use any perfume or body mist.

Dear, Klairs Supple Preparation Unscented Toner (RM76)

This toner is definitely a MUST PURCHASE SKINCARE PRODUCT! The reason that I put this toner in my wishlist because it is so gentle and soothing to skin. I can feel my skin become softer & bouncy, at the same time it does brighten up my skin too. Even my breakouts and acne scars have been reduced. The texture might look like essence, but it actually very lightweight and easy to absorbs into the skin. It has another version with a slight fragrance but both are giving the same result.

 RiRe Lucent Star Cushion (RM89)

I just can't stop looking at the packaging, it so prettyyyy! This looks like a mirror case but it is actually a combination of a cushion foundation and dual lip & cheek pact. The packaging is illegal, how can they designed until so gorgeous. 

Althea Petal Velvet Powder #Pink Lavender (RM17)

This setting powder is BIG BIG LOVE! I prefer to Althea Petal Velvet Powder rather than Innisfree No Sebum Powder, especially this special edition! I actually not a fan of lavender but the lavender scent contains in this setting powder is quite comfortable. It did a great job in setting my makeup as well. The price is also very affordable, confirm will repurchase it after I finished my current one!

Etude House Play Colour Eyes #Caffeine Holic (RM59)

I usually would purchase Korea single eyeshadow rather than a eyeshadow palette as I find out most of it was not as pigmented as it claimed and shown in the picture. However, I recently check out few beauty Youtubers videos and most of them have a good impression in this palette. It makes me feel like I should give this a try. This palette consists of 10 matte and shimmering shades and it is suitable for any occasions especially daily makeup. The price is surprisingly cheaper than I expected too! RM59 with 10 shades wor, why not?

Peripera Ink The Airy Velvet (RM34)

Here comes my favourite lip tint! There are two version for this Peripera lip tint: Ink the Velvet (normal one) and Ink The Airy Velvet (velvet matte shade). To me I prefer Ink The Airy Velvet as the shades are more to MLBB and not too bright. You need not keep touch up as the colour can stay on your lips very long time. I'm not complaining but the only downside is sometimes can be very difficult to remove with makeup remover and not dry lips friendly. Well, why I am expecting for long lasting but easy to remove at the same time lol

Missha Cotton Blush (RM18)

I have totally no idea why I am so into blusher now. When I saw this I immediately fall in love and put into my Althea wishlist. The shade that I want to try out the most is Vintage Robe, which is a tone-downed dry rose colour. The shade currently out of stock, please Althea restock the Vintage Robe I will love you forever lol

Althea Milk Peel Mask is quite interesting for me as I never tried any of peeling skincare products like this. If you are looking for a gentle exfoliation, you should keep reading till the end.

I don't usually used exfoliating products as most of it are quite harsh to my skin. I normally use Cure Nature Aqua Gel as my exfoliation because I liked the gel texture. This time I going to give a try on Milk Peel Cream Mask.

Milk Peel Cream Mask is an exfoliating mask that helps in removing dead skin cells, clogged sebum and impurities from the air without irritating the skin. At the same time, it contains milk which helps in moisturizing and refreshing your skin with casein that’s packed with vitamins for a healthy complexion. It is very gentle to skin at the same time remove dead skin effectively as it formulated with AHA and BHA. This product is also cruelty-free and suitable for all skin types.

The bottle design seems a bit too plain for me even though I understand that the simple packaging are Althea's product concept. By looking its packaging colours, you can actually know that the product is about "milk".

🍼Tried and Tested🍼
This product comes with a pump dispenser. It's easily to clean but the only downside is you have to keep pumping until the amount that you want. It only will came out a small amount each time which is not enough for whole face.

A few moments later, you can see it starts to foam a thick bubble! Super cool right?

To use this cream mask, all you need to do is apply an appropriate layer onto your face and keep massaging till a rich lather forms. Leave on for 30-60 seconds before rinsing away with warm water.

After washing it, my skin feels super clean and refreshing. It does not cause my skin feel tight or dry. I usually use it for my night routine as it's great in deep cleansing and also helps to improve my skin complexion. Forgot to mention that it has a very minimal milk scent, it's a HUGE YES for me! The price of this product is also pretty affordable, if I finished this bottle I wouldn't mind to repurchase it.
